OXO OTCC to be link to database

hi,

We have existing OXO 5.1 with call center, our client wants to integrate his CC to their existing database (list of clients with info) to all incoming call to the call center, as long the as CLIP is recognize by the system, the information will pop up on the monitor of the agents PC.

Want is the most appropriate solution recommended? could it be possible for a third party?

Added the number as a speed dial should do it.

database of the customer is around 30,000. Speed dial is limited it can not accommodate all...

The maximum speed dial list out of OXO is 3200 speed dials. Thats it. you may want to import into outlook and use pimphony pro.

I was under the impression you had a limit of PIMphony Users on any system - this is why i didnt suggest it.

If im wrong steg, could u let me know... lol

They have 30,00 speed dials not users, so intergrate pimohony with outlook and there away. With Pimphony the absolute maximum users are 200 users and 25 concurrent at any one time.

i found a bit interesting solution: agent assistant....

in agent assistant you can build a customer database as long as incoming calls lands to CC and rings to free agent, caller information will pop up from the agent pc, now my question is what is the maximum capacity that i can create in "customer info management" in OTCC?

with a data base of 30000 customers, i would assume they have atleast 50-100 call center workers..

PIMPhony cant support that many.. How many staff will actually be on the phones at 1 time?

Pimphony supports a maximum 200 users. thats 25 concurrent users.
