Extension not shown

I am trying to create a report by called number.

I want this report to show which agents answer this called number and where it was transfered.

The problem that I am facing is when the call is transfered to a pilot, I can't see the extension of the agent that answered the call. The only thing that is shown is the call duration and the pilot that the agent belongs. If this agent that accepts the call, make a transfer of this call to another pilot or agent, then the agent extension will be shown.

Any ideas ????

Seems logical.

The agent that answers the call is mastered by the call center software. The Pabx
(omnivista) will not know where the call is going to.

Is there a solution ?
yes, Use the reporting and call monitoring software that comes with the CC software.

Omnivista 4760 is a bad solution for monitoring/reporting call center solutions.

I am no CCS wizard but AFAIK yes. Every CC application has monitoring/reporting because that is important for the boss(es) in the company :)
