DND Overide

Hi,

Im trying to configure the DnD overide features, the feature is working if the set is a Administrative set but if the Room is in DND mode and the if the other set wants to call that room, it is not authorized. All possible PHONE COS where all set. Is that possible or not?

The right to use this feature is specified in the user's phone features COS.

Select Classes of service > Phone Features COS

Review/modify the following attributes

Phone Features COS
Select class of service of concerned sets

Set features

Do not disturb
Select whether Yes (1) or No (0) uses can put their set in "Do Not Disturb (DND)".

Confirm your entries

Also create prefix.
Number
Enter prefix number. This number must be compatible with the numbering plan.

Prefix Meaning
Select: Set features.

Set features
Select: Do not disturb.
