Omnivista 4760 client suddenly stopped

I consulted the mao of a distant OXE with client Omnivista 4760, and suddenly client Omnivista application stopped.

upgrade Omnivista to the lastest release

Which is the lastest release of Omnivista 4760 ? 4.2 ?! Are you sure this problem is resolved in this version ?

Upgrade to the last release 4.1.13.00.a. It can be done without changing the license.
Check the change notes within that release. I know that release had a lot bugs.
The last one is ok.
