Tapi Premium Server Incomming Calls Leading 0 is missing

Hi,

I installed a Tapi Premium Server 3.2.3 with OXE R7.1

in the Tapi application ( example Dialer ), the leading 0 of trhe calling Number is missing

Ex.: 071211234 is calling the application shows
71211234. On the Set the number is correct. External Callback Translator is
configured.
Does anyboda have an Idea?

and in the dialer window 71211234

In CSTA Parameters is a Flag to enable/disable the CB Translator.
