Empty display on external incoming call

I have a customer with OXE R. 8.0-g1302-6e. The customer uses Siemens SL1 and Ericsoon DT290. When it receives a external phone the display of the Dect phones is empty. If I set a name in the trunk group, than in the dect phone appears the trunk group name.
How can I show the calling number in the display on incoming calls?

This question discussed many times.
First - check with t3 command - calling number present in SETUP message or not.
If present - manage Ext. callback translation.

I have cheked with t3 and the external number appears in the set up.
I have managed the ext. callback translation in this way:

After a reeboot the customer is able to see the external calling number in the display of dect.

Instead of defining all first digits of external numbers try to use:
Basic number: DEF
Just a tip.

There should be a DEF by default... no pun intended. At least in the US it is.

In Romania there's nothing configured by default in Ext callback translator.
