I have set up a type 31 Caller Menu mailbox with a telephone number as the Attendant Destination. When a caller gets to the menu and just stays on the line the call rolls over and rings the telephone number. If that call is not answered, the phone mail plays a message and hangs up.
Is there a way to have the call roll over to the voice mailbox of the telephone number ?
If there is no way to get the call to roll over with a Caller menu mailbox, is there another way to achieve the same thing ?

Re: Call Roll Over
What if you dial the number directly from a phone(internal), does it roll to vmail? Check to make sure the extension goes to vmail outside of the AA.

I think you really need to use the Integrated Auto Attendant rather that the 4635 AA.
The VM does not seem to like to perform a loop such like you describe above. It's as if the VM knows that the call has come from it, so it will not pass it on to another mailbox.

There is also supervised transfer involved, it will work one way but not the other (on or off) can't remember which.
