I have now had issues with two sites that have been upgraded to the latest (generally available) version of 610 where the system will not let you log in once the upgrade has been done. The upgrade in both cases was done using LoLa and seem to be completed without issue.
However when you try and log in the message on OMC 610.15.1b is "the target machine actively refused the connection", on one system this was on LAN and V24 on the other only LAN.
Has anyone else experienced this sort of issue?

Issues with 610.014.003
When I was a boy of fourteen, my father was so ignorant I could hardly stand to have the old man around.
But when I got to be twenty-one, I was astonished at how much the old man had learned in seven years.

I have seen that with new received OXO's from Alcatel and LOLA resolved the issue. Can you change your IP configuration (take into account disabling if needed VLan id and tagging) via a console set? See what happens afterwards. If not try LOLA with different 610 release.

Tot3,
The two systems have now been (sort of) rectified and are live systems so I don't want to play, I am going to try and re create this in the lab as I do the L3 support for the company and I know that this is going to come up.
I will let you know is I get anything conclusive

If you are using serial port (config), check if the console wasn't swapped to get traces.
If yes, you cannot have OMC connection in that until you swapp back the console.
In case of LAN, it happens if you put the same IP address of OXO on your computer or if you type in a wrong password (this OMC usually doesn't reply that is wrong password).
