OXO IP METERING OUTPUT TO CALL LOGGING APPLICATION

Having a problem with a rel 6 oxo, ouputing IP metering.

I have purchased and installed the ip metering sw licence and activated the metering to output via ip.

I have installed a third party call logging software on my pc.

The call logging software is called PABXsoft, i have it working fine via a serial connection.

The software allows IP metering but has a number of fields im not sure what is should enter.

Can anyone help ?

For OXO IP Metering you need to install on your PC OLD (Office Link Driver), previously called OHL (office Hotel Link). This software generates from OXO file TicketCollector.xml. Your software must adopt this file for You.

Thanks i had allready installed the OLD driver and tested.

I entered the system cpu id as the username, used the default admin password as the password and used port 443. I then defined in the call logging software where the xml files had to be sent.

I had to reset my local pc, there was a short delay then the metering started to come through.
