Vm supervision key from a remote node

I have been testing using VM supervision keys to supervise a MBX from a remote node.

80% of them work just fine. The light lites up and flashes when there is a message and I can press the key and be prompted with the remote MBX name and enter the password.

20% of them have the light flashing, but when I try to use the key to retrieve the messages, the display says "Voice mail not available" and get the audio prompt "the number you have dialed is not authorized..."

All the MBX's have the same cos, what would be causing this?

Some in the PCX or VM?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try something...

On the 20% where it does not work, try to create the same VM supervision on another set that works.
If it works, then delete the set where it does not work, and re-create.. and see if it works ?
