ASM 4093 problem in OXO

Dear all ,

I have small problem I connected printer to OXO by V24 ASM 4093 I can receive ticket when printer is switch on but when I turn off the printer, the ticket is lost and I got a message from
PBX in HW- anomaly-Table ( unsuccessful print )

can anyone help me to solve this problem .

On Call accounting option you have the option to change the transmission protocol.
Usually we use hardware Xon/Xoff, so when the printer is turned off, OXO will not send tickets.
