Call Back from Voice Mail menu

Hi all.

Is it possible to make callback to external number from Voice Mail menu?
After messages listening I have 3 variants:
1- hear, 2 - erase, 3- callback.
I can make callback to internal users, but can't to external.

The note from documentation:
External call: the callback of external callers is governed by restrictions mechanisms. The VMU transfers the call when the connection is established (caller off-hook) or simulated.

But client said that he had this functions in the old Alcatel Office.
Now he hawe OXO R.6

Yes, you need to manage the external callback under translator for it to work.

Can you make redial on missed external calls? You must configure that ok in order for the callback from VM to work well (OXO suppoerts well the function).

I can make redial on missed external calls without any propblems. Callback to external numbers doesn't work from VM only.

Is it work at yours PABX, you try to make it?

I'll try if I have time in my lab this week, but I don't promise. I have a busy schedule.
One other question is your ARS seizure configured with drop or keep? (I ask because I remember one such issue -redialing a missed ext incoming call - with one OXO configured with a closed numbering plan with ARS configured with keep).

I think that it sends block dialing (not sure tough). Make a trace using PHD relay and see how it is.
