DBMS suicide

Last week, add a PCM card on OXO Rls 5.1. Suddenly , FAN led was shut down and all services were interrupted. I had to perform a hardware reset. After that i found in History Table: Event 30 DBMS suicide. in the SystemDoc see a relationship with the CPU and the info 02 restart due to a hardware failure. All is working well 4 days later but someone has had a similar experience?

You have to take care when you install new hardware on OXO.
The slots are hot plug, but not hor swapp, I mean sometimes you can have ohter board installed on this slot you are using for PCM. I'm not stating, I'm telling it happens.
The other thing is, you must check the ACTIS "bay face" to see if the PCM board was intend to be installed on this slot. The PCM board use some more resouces from the CPU, so it must be installed according to ACTIS designation.
