how to connect asteriks and OXO with SIP Ip trunk

Hello,
i need some help on making a sip trunk between asterisk 1.4.21 and OXE r8.
can i have the configuration files(extension.conf, sip.conf) to compare with what i did.
i think i have a problem of authentication when i tried to make a call between the 2 systems.
