After upgrading an oxo to 7.0 programming with V24 doesnt wo

Hi. We have alot of customers that want us to do small changes to theyr old alcatel phone system (4200). We use the V24 to connect us remotely to program them.

After upgrading our OXO to 7.0 we cant program anything. It logs in correctly but if we try to make a change to the programming we get "Can`t open temporary file"
Yes it sounds like a bug on the computer. But it works fine if we use our cellphone as modem, or connects to it locally. And the problem started the same day we upgraded.

Any ideas?
