Those patches are supposed to fix the issue:

R6.1.1 --- use f2.502.33a

R7.0 ---- use f4.401.24g

R7.1 ------ use f5.401.28

To fix the mailbox in use by someone else or the deletion of the mailbox?

Any patch on release 8 to fix in use by someone else? I have a case open with Alcatel and I seem to be doing their R&D

I've seen a correction for crms00056761 - XTScf06097 - 4645 users getting Error message "mailbox is in use"
in R6.2 f3.301.45.a and R7.1 f5.401.33 only.

Okay. I searched for crms00056761, XTScf06097 and "in use" only.
You're right. It's solved in R8.0.1 g1.503.16

But why does ALU create x duplicates and different crms ids for 1 problem? *grrrr*
