about reformating OXO

Hello Experts,

I have a question. I'm trying to reformat OXO. I'm using windows XP SP2, LoLa400/2.1 and a cross cable connection to OXO. I already disabled all the securities in my PC. The problem is i can't proceed because this error will always prompt "Tfpt Download failedtftpboot/masin.msl". What does this error means and what should i do to correct the error? I need an advise please!!!

Hi,

First of all you are posting this in the wrong area (much more appropriate OXO and 4200 forum or Beginner q about OmniPCX Office). For the time being I'm letting this here but I'll move it in the right section soon.

About your question (never seen smth like that but) I think (because .msl error) that you are trying to load the wrong type of hardware with wrong software (like loading CPU3 or 4 with internet services for instance) or you have a licence problem (licenses loaded with LoLa NOK).
Try to load the CPU with minimum software (telephony for example) without HDD and see if the problem persists. If it is ok like that add the HDD and then load the rest of the services with OMC software download.
