Cannot delete mailbox (4645)

Dear all,

I have problems about VM 4645.
we cannot delete the voice mail box directly from user's phone,
we can only delete it from Eva_tools.
anyone ever experience these kind of problem.

Users are not able to Delete their mailboxes! That is an admin function.

1. what happens when they choose th eoption to delete a message after they have listened to it?
2. Is this happening to all users?

1. after they choose that delete option, i has no effect, and nothing going on.
2. yes, it happen to all users on site

Did you try to reboot shelf 18? Does it have any effect over this?

Thank's for reply my forum,
it seems that the problem is ok now.
it turns out that we have press '03' before delete.
i'm not sure why, and it doesn't mention at the mailbox voice guide too.
but it's fine now.
