Dynamic routing -xfer to assitant and back to VM if no answe
I have a customer that swears blind that this call flow used to work. 2 phones in a manager/secratery group. If call comes to boss after 6 seconds routes to assistant he then wants that if she doesn't answer it will re-route to his VM. I cannot see how this is possible any suggestions (does not want a supervision key must be as outlined above)

nah thats 2 stage routing and not possible only way it works is without the 6 seconds of routing - using divert or filter then follows routing to VM of original called set.

Maybe manager voice mail a virtual set with voice mail (with imm fsd or dyn rout on 0s to VM) ---> virtual set in dyn routing of secretary set? Make a key on manager set with supervision of virtual set voice mail, too.

Just remember that you can dynamically route a resource key!

I was just telling him to create a virtual voice mailbox instead of voice mail of manager set voice mail.

Depending on the set-up the for the voice mail then you could dynamically route the resource keys on the manager set to the secretary and then to the general level for voice mail.
Or possibly have only one stage for the resource keys and then they may follow the main dynamic routing (never checked this will have to try now
)

Hmm, I'll have to try this. I'm very sure that half an year ago I've programmed smth like that on one of my clients. I'll search for the database and get back on this.
