INCOMING CLI REROUTED TO EXTERNAL NUMBER

I have a customer who diverts their calls to a mobile via a speed dial number in night mode.

At the moment the oxo's pstn CLI is displayed on the mobile if someone calls the oxo.
Is there a way for the external callers CLI, once diverted by the OXO, be displayed on the mobile's display ? Basically looking for transperancy of the CLI from external caller to mobile via OXO, the reason being incase a call is missed and the mobile user needs to return the call.

Only if TELCO supports rerouting (CLi deflect or smth like that). In my country none does, but I was told that in Austria for example you can buy this service.
