Issues with remote PBX

Post by Vorryn »

Greetings,

I have a network of 4 pbx (ver 6.1 and are connected via SIP) which work nice amongst themselves but I am facing some issues.

Firstly, if a phone receives a internal call from a remote pbx and the subscrimer is not at his seat, when someone on the same pickup group tries to pickup the call, it registers "unobtainable". Any idea why?
And secondly I have tried numerous times to enforse a dynamic routing from a huntgroup to a subcriber that is on a remote pbx but its not working. I have tried VTs, Speeddial workarounds or some other things I could think of but still I cannot get it to work.

Thank you in advance :)

The first issue may be the IP board, check in the anomaly table to check it is ok and not overloading.
The routing issue.....depends on the first destination of the call and routing from there, explain the problem a little more please.

Login with OMC and look at your numbering plan and go private numbering plan there you will find the extension numbers of your location look at the combobox priv and select no, if yes is selected you can't use pickup.

Good luck BrainWave
