Latest 8.0 for Appliance Servers, VSP Integration problem

This was a problem earlier, and was resolved, but it has raised its ugly head again.

We are getting the same digits for call fwd to VMail as direct record to VMail.

Years ago, back in Rel 4.2 we used to be able to modify the Q23 digits that were sent for VPS integration. I cannot find it anywhere in the doc's where we can make this modification & would like to find a resolution before the customer comes into work in the morning.

We have opened a TAC case but knowing it will take a patch to fix, I was hoping one of our knowledgable friends in the field may know the anwer to the question below.

Does anyone know if we can modify the string, and if so, where those changes can be made in 4760 or Mgr???
