Hi. Did you check the release installed on VPU board?. Is it compatible with OXE R7.1?. Before sending the board, install again 4635 with the correct release. Look in the forum, we already explain the procedure. Regards.

Hi tincho.rn,
im trying to install the last release to 4635 but the technical documentation "tc1052" indicates me to look at the "tc0226 - install procedure with 2 cdroms". I look into the technical knowledge base for this technical but i think thath is lost.
So i dont know how to make a complete load of 4635 software into the vpu5 board.
Do you know how to make the load?
Thanks a lot.
