Password of mailbox was changed after check in Winpac' PMS

Hello,
I used VM4635 to interface Winpac V 3.0 of JDS for hotel enviroment. The issue occured for password of mail box be changed after check in by Winpac' PMS, not the same as room number.
I contact the engineer of Winpac he confirmed that the Winpac never change password for mailbox when check in.

To solve it temporary I check out and in for the room number by hotmenu and the password changed to default, like room number.
Would you please tell me what I managed VM4635 to get default password when check in by Winpac?

couple of things i will ask, when you have a checked out room do you still have a voicemail number against the set????? if so this is wrong the hotel link should provide the Voicemail box. Secondly check applications hotel , Voicemail with code.secret consult ....

Actually I need to use voice mail for guest easily; in guest room they check messages by unuse password and outside the guest room they check message by password that is the directory number of guest room.

I try hotmenu tool by alcatel for check in/out, the guest access mailbox easily by above the operation.
However this will be wrong once check in/out by Winpac because the voice mail system require password but the password had been changed, unlike the directory number, even I ckecked the hotel application for AHL in condition check voice mail without code and check in without personal code
Have you ever install AHL for Winpac -PMS with the OXE system - R 8.0 used voicr mail 4635? Please tell me how I can configure it If you know?

Do you heve Hotel Value Added pack license on your system?

I'm asking because you need that in order to access the VM without requesting password.

I've got the license of hotel package for VM4635. At present I solved this issue by using guest password like the directory of guest room.
