enquiry from alcatel temporis 200 in oxe

Hello everybody,

i have a problem with some oxe and ALU supports doesnt give me a correct soluction, maybe you can help me.

my problem is this one:

imagine that an user X receives a call from a user Y, the user X has a temporis 200.
The user X wants to speak with another user in an external user Z, so, he push the R button an introduces the external number.

The Y user gets hold music.

The call goes via ISDN lines.

after some tones, called person Z doesnt take the telephone, so the user X want to get the conversation with Y user without waiting to the Z call finish.
Then X user push R (2 times) or push R+2 to get the first call but the system doesnt respond.

If the 2 call goes via NDDI there is no problem.
If the terminal used is a temporis 500 with 120ms flash, there is no problem.
If you try with a loopback trunk, there is no problem.

any idea??

i try changing the flash timers of the system
1)mgr>systems> descend>Z board audio parameters>

On-hook For Rotary Valid. Time : 40
Min.Dur Loop Break Hookflash : 10
Max.Dur.Loop Break Hookflash : 40

and i manage the timer 89 too.

Anyone knows exactly with values i have to put to get always 120ms flash for all analog set of the system??

heloo,
you only have to modify the values:

on-hook rotary valid time: x (value*10)

Min Dur loop break hook flash: (min. value)
Max dur loop break hook flash: (max. value,it can`t be higher than on hook rotary value)

Then reset the Z board, and that's it!
