I have this problem on a number of sites.
I have a external caller A dialing into a OXO extn B who has a call diverted to a mobile number C.
Only when i have LCR programed the call fails to divert and a error from the carrier is heard telling me that the number is not registered with them.
If i remove the LCR and calls are routed via BT (no LCR) the call diverts ok.
What is happening is callers A CLI is being routed through the OXO extn B to mobile C instead of the CLI of B. Is there a way of diverting calls using the OXO's cli as the divert ?
cheers

Re: EXTERNAL CLI ON DIVERT
Feature design -> External Diversion mode. (choice of joining or re-routing).

yeah i have tried this rerouting, it seems to be ok for most except Gamma circuits. maybe there are line settings that need to be enabled?

Re: EXTERNAL CLI ON DIVERT
If you look in the help in feature design part 1 & part 2 there are two fields that work in concert to give the correct o/p for the CLI (your issue being that the CLI that is being sent to the third party carrier is not in your number range)What is happening is callers A CLI is being routed through the OXO extn B to mobile C instead of the CLI of B. Is there a way of diverting calls using the OXO's cli as the divert ?
The two fields are CLI for external diversion (in part 1) and CLI is diverted party if external caller in part 2

PS Trav you should have known that
When I was a boy of fourteen, my father was so ignorant I could hardly stand to have the old man around.
But when I got to be twenty-one, I was astonished at how much the old man had learned in seven years.
