SIP TRUNK with Avaya Communication Manager No Audio

Hi Alcatel gurus,

i have setup SIP trunk with Avaya Communication manager. i have created the following;

2X subnetwrok one for alcatel SIP and another one for connection with Avaya

direct RTP enabled.

2 SIP trunks with Avaya.

the Avaya extension can call alcatel , once answered , there is no audio path.
when i try to call from alcatel to Avaya , i got on IP phone display congestion.

on avaya traces shows nothing receieved from alcatel .

please help me how to trace the call from alcatel to Avaya ? i followed document excatly ? what could cuase the problem

but how to capture the SIP trace , ? do you use specific tool?

alcatel phone is IP touch phone.

hello there,

now i can call from Avaya to Alcatel extension but not the opposite.

when i try to call the other side i get busy tone. however please see the SIP traces captured
