software update and patches download

i have an account on alcatel bussiness partner website. i could not find any place to download the latest firmwares and patches and bug fixes, also i want to download the alcatel softphone to install it on my labtop

please advice where i can find the download center for software on alcatel bussiness partner website.

Hi. To be able to download from BPWS you need to have a certification from Alcatel. If you believe you should have access, open a service request. Regards.
