Recording coversations

Our operator has been recieving malicious calls, and would like to record the conversation. We have an Alcatel 4400 and the operators have Attendent sets. I believe that the 4400 can be programed up so the operator pushes a button on the attendant set that will record the converesation. Anyone know how to do this?
