Erratic dynamic routing of Attendant

Hi,
I've a strange problem with oxo.
Sometimes, an user is added to the attendant group, and after a while it gets removed.

Looking in the configuration with pm5 I don't see anything "strange". The attendant group is the "right" one, there are no dynamic routing to the "wrong" user and so on.

I've tried to reboot the system and to reload the last good configuration, with no results.

Anybody has an idea of where I should check?

Never seen smth like this. Are you sure that sombody isn't playing with you? Are you the only one with access to the system?

Silly.
The user enabled the "help attendant" function by mistake, because the code is similar to a real number....
