Hello there!

I need to setup 1 tree multiple attendant on OmniPCX Office. I don't know how to configure it. Can anyone had a manual on it that I can follow, please...

Thank you very much.

When you install MLAA you have the manual in the help of the application.

Thanks for your reply...

I do have other problem about the conversion of the messages. It requires CCITT 8 kHz 16 bits mono. Can anyone help me where can I find a good converter of wav to ccitt format. I am trying to search the net now but so far I am not successful yet.

Please help...

Goldwave.

But any conversion downgrades the quality of the recording. It would be better if your client records the .wav in a format required by OXO or MLAA.

Hello tot3nkopf,

As per online manual of setting up the MLAA, it was stated there that I need to convert .wav to CCITT 8 kHz 16 bits mono format. I tried to convert it to CCITT 8 kHz 8 bits mono, since this is the available format that I have but it seems I can hear only noise.

Thanks.

You can use Linear PCM 8kHz 16 bit mono, as described in Help to ACD. OMC automatically converts files to format for OXO.
As sound redactor you can use Sound Forge.
