Hye all..

CS1> write memory
Save configuration failed! Unable to retrieve (null) configuration.
CS1> copy working certified

your commands are correct. I haven't seen this error messages until now.
Have you checked your switch is running from working? But there is an other error message, if it is running from certified. So there is maybe a bigger problem.
Are there any pmd-files in the flash? Are there lost chains at >fsck /flash?
The filesystem you can repair by yourself. Otherwise you should open an SR.

yes..my switch running from working already :

> fsck /flash
> show microcode

Hi,
apparently the flash is okey. But at show microcode "k2diag" is missing. I don't know what does it mean.
Your image is not the newest one. You should update to the newest 6.3.1 (build 1085). If this doesn't help you have to open a SR.

have you done the ftp-transfer of all the actual imgage-files from your pc to /flash/working before reload no rollback-timeout?
