you need the rights for ftp: > aaa authentication ftp local
Than you can use a ftp-client-tool on your pc to put the files to the switch.

Normaly I use freeware tools for this (like ftp32 or ws-ftp).

you can try the following:

c:\> ftp <switch-ip>
ask for user and password

ftp> binary
ftp> put base.img
etc. for alle files

what the meaning CERTIFY NEEDED after i type this command below :

CS1> show running-directory

Certify/Restore Status : CERTIFY NEEDED
SYNCHRONIZATION STATUS

CS1> write memory
Save configuration failed! Unable to retrieve (null) configuration.

This mean, that working with certified is different (img or config).
normaly - if your switch works fine (from working) - you can you do the certification with copy working certified.
But you have an issu..... you should do the update.
