4635 starts problem

Hi, I have a problem with a 4635 voice mail, when the card starts this is shown:

did you try different Memory Module?

Yeah, I tried with other memory modules, 64, 128MB and other HDD, but the problem persists

looks like the vpu can't talk to the cpu. have you tried another slot in the act? also have you tried the vpu in a lab system?

Check if the release of the 4635 is support by the release of the OXE. Regards.

I tried with 4635 release 5.2.8 and 5.1.5,

The oxe release is 6.0 and 5.0.

If you have BPWS access, download installation doc (it is a specific TC) for the exact release you are using. There you will find compatibilitys between OXE release and 4635 release. Regards.
