Hi All..
OXE - R.7.1 (F5401.36.b)
Created Voice mail 4645...and Managed Timer 4 ( 300sec).
Internal calls are reaching the voicemail after 7 rings without any problem i can leave a msg but if i coming via PSTN line (DISA enabled) if there is no answer calls are not going to voicemail after 7 rings it's disconnected.
Associated set number is voicemail number..
any idea folks...it's very urgent plz..

Sounds to me like a Access Cat issue, do you have overflow turned on in the Cat, also check overflow on the extn, under Dyn State.

In Access cos ..NDDI overflow on free set and DDI over flow on free set is enabled and under dynamic state user overflow is true
any other parameters guyz..

have you checked the timers in the trunk catagory for your tunk group? If the call exceeds the timer it will fall back to the trunk entity CDT.

Are you using Multiline?? If so check parameters under the user settings Multiline, overlflow on No Reply...

Hi All..
Thanx for your reply guyz..problem sorted out...
When i manage the timer no.4 as 300 ...trunk cos overflow default timer also was 300 so whenever the call comes via pstn overflow timers are same...i reduced the timer no.4 to 250 problem resolved...
