Obtain abandoned calls from CCD on a report

Hi,

A customer needs to obtain this numbers, which i assume are those that entered with out a cost to the pilot numbers.
But i can't obtain the pilot numbers on my report
Does any body has a clue on how to do it?

From exell report as piloit activity I am sure it can give you the abandance call of pilot

At first - check this tickets exist on PBX or not.
Make calls what you wants.
Make command (on PBX) "account compress".
With command "accview -tf" check exist this tickets on PBX or not.
If absent - may be problem with filter (Application/ accounting - Files parameters for external accounting).
If tickets present - you can see calling, called number and other filds and use this for reports creation.
