No Ring on analog sets

Analog Sets on a OXO wont ring but if you ring the ext then pickup the hand set the caller is there and conversation is made.

Any Surgestions !!
system has 5 sli16 Cards in Main Cabinet as per actis Could this be the problem drawing two much power

What type of analog terminal? Happens with different types of analog terminals?

Hi, it could be a power supply or backplane fault. Could be the ring voltage rail but I don't know if the voltage is supplied on the card or a common rail on the common hardware sorry.

This problem most likely comes from power supply unit fault - absent 100 V for ring injector.
