HI,

Can somebody tell me how to send the message from one ip phone to another ip phone using
XML application.

You do not need any XML application to send a text message between 2 Advanced users on OXE.

This functionality is embedded in the OXE. You only have to activate the keyboard (License required) on the phone and authorize the user to send and receive text message and you're good to go!
