Delete MEVO 4645 in mgr

I try to delete MEVO 4645 with Eva_tool : 1. Delete a voicemail
and I enter the phone user which is associated to MEVO 4645 number.
A message indicate that the voice mail is deleted.

But, when I go to :
> mgr --> Applications/VoiceMail --> MEVO 4645 number already exist !

and when I start : config 18
I see in 18 1 4645 IN SERVICE

How can I completely delete a MEVO 4645 ?

Do you want to delete a single voice mail box from a user or do you want to completely remove 4645 from your system?

I would like to completely delete a MEVO 4645 !

First make sure no that no users have voice mail

then go to:

Applications > Voicemail > Review/Modify

Replace the value of Voice Mail Dir. No. with ""

and validate your changes
