4645 mailbox access by # key after message is left by public

Hi
Is there a way to disable to mailbox access by # key after the public caller leaves a message in the mailbox,
public callers are leaving message and after message is sent the 4645 menu gives the option to press # to access your mailbox

its not possible, Alcatel coding done in that way for 4645.
