Hi fellow experts,

4635 Release: R5.2.8

I'm installing the OTUC integrated messaging and require to change the IVR Mailbox number contained in the cmmcd.conf file located in /etc/A4635 of the 4635. I was refused to change the content of the file due to permission right. I tried to change the file permission with chmod but still returned with permission denied. wondering anyone knows the password for the root login to 4635?

Appreciate your help.

Hi all,

I got the answer from Alcatel tech. support.

1. Telnet to 4635 and login as mtcl
2. switch user with "su"
3. password: "junior"

Yup! You're right! I was blur
