Removing the Helpful Message prompts

I have a user that tells me he randomly gets messages when logged into voicemail telling him about how he can leave other users messages without even calling them and blah, blah, blah. He says they just seem to come on every so often and he is forced to listen to them before he can check his messages. How do I make them go away?

I think I found it. In System parameters, then Change Configuration Parameters. On page 2 there is a parameter called Usage Based Tutorial Threshold. Which indicates: After how many access to a users mailbox, before the system tells users about available features in the voicemail. ( Zero to never play)

Mine was set to 100 so every 100 times a user would log in their mailbox they would hear the helpful hints. I have no set it to zero and will update this thread if it does not resolve the problem.
