PABX can not be seizure annalog trunk line

Hi all,

i using crystal system R.9 with 22 analog trunk lines.
all Trunk cards with battery inversion modules.

in 22 trunk lines: including 01 main line without battery inversion signal and 21 auxilary lines with batter inver signal.

Now all trunk lines in one trunk group configured as below:
Battery inversion masking: NO
Masking release of battery (inversion): NO

now i faced problem that:

external caller call to main line number, PABX could not be seizured main trunk line (always F). (i checked that analog phone connected to trunk line directly then call and the phone still ring, so trunk line to PABX good signal)

any other calls to any auxilary lines could successfully.


Pls help me to find problem?

Hi. If auxiliary lines work find with batery inversion, just enable batery inversion in main line. Perhaps I didn't understand your problem well. Use same trunk COS for main line as auxiliary lines. Regards,

at the beginning, customer guide told me all lines with battery inversion signals. that why i use one group for all.

when problem happened, i rechecked and found that main line with out batt inver signal. then i created private trunk group for main line and deactived battery inversion in trunk COS.
and trunk cards is charged NDDI.

but problem still there.

my release is R9.0-h1.301-27-vn-c7s2.
