How to retreive the accouting files via IP/X25.

Post by abbas »

I need to configure the 4760 for three network nodes over IP.
I am unable to configure the remote node on IP/X25 for billing and management purpose.

When try to connect or synchronize , it says wrong IP connection.

Isn't it a license for the number of nodes you can manage in the 4760 ?

There is no node number license for 4760.
You have only one node "glued" to 4760.
For a network of PABX' 4760 counts a total number of users in Technical Directory.
From the other point you need 47XX SW keys to be opened in all PABX' managed by 4760.

Well.. then it should not say wrong IP address, but "cannot connect" or "bad username/password" ...

Incorrect if the adfexc password is incorrect or has been entered wrong, it will stop it from working...as a test go to cmd prompt type ftp ip address of the system and then login adfexc and password adfexc and see what happens!!!!!

Abbas,
First make it clear.
Remote nodes are connected to 4760 via IP (LAN) or via IP/X25 tunnel (ABC_F links)?
