busy privat calls

i managed prefix "pers trunkgroup with overlapping" works all fine, but when i call someone and the phone is busy, i get no busy tone, the phone shows "please hang up"
i checked all timers and they seem to look normal. On normal calls the busy tone is normal.

Do a t3 trace in the OXE and post it here if still interesting for you.
If not, what was the solution?
