NO CLI on E1

Dear All,
My system connecti with 3 E1 (ISDN) use for call center
When you call from normal cell phone it can display the caller ID (call CLI) on agent set.
But if call from cell phone which is eanable CLIR service it can not display caller ID on agent set.
I want tyo trace E1 link it is send CLI number or not but I really don't know how

Any one can help me please

For trace you can use "t3" command. Whis or whisout CLIR you will have differente SETUP message.
