RED Flashing light

System is OXO
problem: constant flashing red light on every subscribers handset
I have checked missed calls there is none
Checked Voice mail and some subscribers do not have messages waiting how do I turn this off it is driving me crazy.

what sort of handsets do you have ?

We have the 4020 and 4035 handsets

To stop the red light flashing, open PM5, got to Subscribers/Basestation List and then go to your handset and open Keys. Here you have the possiblity to delete the function of the light (in the upper left corner is a key for the led).
Normally the function is "Warning the User".

The next step is to look what is wrong with these handsets.
