To Annuar: You need to have Expert documentation for OXO (998 pages) for better understanding of processes, I think. I use Netmeeting under WinXP, and it works. You need to run file conf.exe to start Netmeeting.

For OXO i only did the setting in ARS(Automatic Routing:Prefixes)
Can anybody assist me in how to do Server side setup for netmeeting from OXO.

Do you have license for IP trunks in OXO? OXO treats an H323 terminal (PC with Netmeeting) like external trunk.

Creating IP trunks

License not required for IP phones. I'll try to explain:
1. You need to increase number of VoIP-Trunk Channels in VoIP: Parameters General tab from zero to one or two, after that your Voip board will be resetted(if you have CoCPU).
2. Take empty trunk group in External lines (for example 501), and add to this trunk group VoIP trunk. Change traffic Sharing category of trunk group to appropriate settings (for example 2).
3. Add or change number for Netmeeting PC in PM5/Numbering/Numbering Plans/Internal Numbering Plan (for Example 301) Function: Secondary Trunk Group; Start: 301; End: 301; Base: ARS; NMT: Keep; Priv: Yes. In Private Numbering Plan add your internal numbers for subscribers, because VoIP trunks are private by default, but you can change this.
4. Go to ARS (Automatic Routing Selection): Trunk Group Lists, add a line with trunk group number (501); go to Automatic Routing: Prefixes, click right mouse button on empty field and mark IP parameters, add a line: Netw.:priv; Prefix: 301; Substitute: 301; TrGpList: 1(which contain 501); Destination: Misc; IP Address: IP address of PC Netmeeting; then Apply.
That's all. Colleagues can correct me if I am not right.
Good luck.

Now i managed to have a netmeeting running. As i forgot to click the public trunk in the external line in VOIP trunk created. Now i am able to make internal call only. But i kind of not sure of how to do a call out of my internal calls. Can anybody please assist me.

You need to create prefix for external line seizure in public or private numbering plan as which type of VoIP trunk and adopt traffic sharing and barring category of VoIP trunk (not Trunk Group). In this case of transit, VoIP trunk acts as subscriber and you need to allow him to make an external call.
Good luck!
