4645 VM atomatic attendant

Hi all

I configure AA on 4645 and it works.but I have to change the language of voice guides that announce after dialing the key like above:

pressl 1 to transfer to operator --after pressing 1 you hear "you 'll transfer to extension 0"
press 2 to transfer to your extension----after pressing 2 you hear " you 'll transfer to extension two o one"

now I wanna know is it possible to change these voice guide specially the numbers.
meanwhile my new language is not exist in alcatel languages.

hello,

a project type for 4645 exists in alcatel audiostation.
but i am not sure that all vg can be changed (i've never tied this before...).

If you don't want the numbers to be mentioned in the message, perhaps you can use the option "Silent Transfer To Preconfig. Num".
With this option there is no message after pressing the menu-option number.

please forget about numbers please tell me how can I change the language of messages that announced after action.for example I wanna know is it possible I change all announcement to Persian language?

You need a license for multi-languages
You can setup the default language in the voicemail settings
