Hi Uwe,
look for the errormessage with 'incinfo GEA'.
This is a errormessage related to the Board (001/005). - This should be an ISDN-Board (PRA/BRA).
Perhaps is on this position a (ISDN / Trunk)-kabel plugged that is not programmed in database?

Mkrustev had the same problem.

Or is this a loop-trunk-configuration? - Then check network mode.

Hi. This incident is from ISDN Layer 2. Is you ISDN access up?. You can always check the incident using incinfo command. For example: incinfo US0 3580
If Layer 2 is not well negociated, then your access will be down. Check it with trkstat command. Then Layer 2 can be check with trkstat <crystal> <cpl> <access>. Look at the top right corner. Regards.

Hi, You should check that the sync priority on this access it should not be 255.

For me, when you get this kind of incident, the problem come from the quality of the T1/T2 and there is errors on the line.

I have seen this several times on BRA ccts when the provider has set the BRA as point to multipoint. AL BRA's have to be set as point to point only.

As tincho.rn wrote it's a layer 2 initialization problem.
Is it a public line or a tie line (Private Trunk Group)?
